Credit Transfer Service

With Etisalat Credit Transfer Service you can transfer credit from your Etisalat sim card to your Family, Friend and Loved Ones using Etisalat sim card.

How to Transfer:

• On your mobile screen type *125*Destination number*amount# & then press ok.
• If you want to transfer AFN 50; on your mobile screen type *125*078X XX X XXX*50# & then press ok.
• You can transfer 20 times per day up to 200 AFN maximum. Maximum amount of a single transaction is 100 AFN

Rules: 

• You can transfer 200 AFN in 20 transactions each 10 AFN. The maximum transferable amount is 100AFN/transfer.
• Service Fee 2 AFN for the first transaction, rest of the transfers’ occurring on the same day is free.
  
  Charges: 2AFN on first transaction.

Voice Mail

Voice mail service will enable everyone who calls you to leave a message even if you are not reachable, and enables you listen to voice messages that were sent to you when you were out of reach.

How to activate:

• To activate your voicemail service, go to the message menu of your mobile type svms & send it to 3378

• Or, Call 888 or 0786-786786786 Etisalat Call Center to activate your voice mail service

• After activating the voice mail service go to the divert option of your handset and divert all calls or any condition you wish (busy, no reply, switched off) to 009378303

• To deactivate your voicemail service, go to the message menu of your mobile & type cvms & send it to 3378

How to use it:

Step 1: Sending Voice Mail: 
To send a Voice Mail follow the following steps.
Dial "303+078XXXXXXX=>press ok=>Record Voice Message"=> press # key;
Press 1 to record again or press 2 to confirm the message.

Step 2: Listening to the Voice Mail
Dial 303 and follow the Voice Prompt to listen to your Voice Mail.

• Press 1 to retrieve Messages
• Press 2 to hear all Messages
• Press 3 to send a time post message
• Press 4 to delete all old messages
• Press 5 to set your mail box
• Press 0 for help

Charges:

• Dialing short code 303 for retrieving voice mail messages is free of charge
• Putting a voice mail message depends on the on-net price plan of the particular package

Missed call alert service

Our Missed Call Alert service enables you to know who called you while your phone was busy, switched off or outside the coverage area.With missed calls notification from etisalat you will still receive all your missed calls even if you are out of the coverage or service area or when your mobile runs out of battery. Your etisalat mobile phone makes it easy for you to find out who called while you were unreachable.

How to use it:

Activation:

• To activate the service, go to the message menu of your mobile and type ( open & send it to 3378) the service will be activated automatically and the Out of reach option will be set on your phone by default and the service will be activate and within 24 hours .
• To divert for others options refer to below chart.

Deactivation:

To deactivate the service go to massage menu type (Cancel and send it to 3378)

Charges: 10 Afs per month only

Call Forwarding

 
If you are busy or away or your phone is switched off, you can simply forward all incoming calls to a landline or another mobile phone in Afghanistan where someone can receive call messages on your behalf.

How to use it:

You can activate Call Divert / Forwarding by using the menu function of your phone. Scroll to call setting forwarding and activate for the following options:

• All Calls
• If Busy
• If no reply
• If not reachable/switched off

Call Forward/Divert(Postpaid)

If you are busy or away or your phone is switched off, you can simply forward all incoming calls to a landline or another mobile phone where someone can receive call messages on your behalf. If you forward/divert to an ON-Net number, the calling party will be charged an ON-Net rate, an the called party which has forwarded the number will be charged for an ON-Net call as well. If you forward your calls to an Off-net or International number, the calling party will be charged for a local on-net call, the called party will be charged for Off-net/International call.

How to use it:

Call forward is a default service free of any subscription charges. You can activate Call Divert / Forwarding by using the menu function of your phone. Scroll to call setting forwarding and activate for the following options:

• All Calls
• If Busy
• If no reply
• If not reachable/switched off

Call Baring

Call Baring enables you to restrict or bar certain or all types of calls to and from your mobile phone i.e. outgoing calls, outgoing international calls, and incoming calls. Call Barring is activated with a personal code.

SMS Features:

SMS Forwarding 
Allows subscriber to forward SMS's to a third party number in case of using a new phone number, phone failure, phone power outage or roaming overseas.

SMS Copy 
Allows the mobile subscriber to keep a copy of the SMS received in another mobile number or E-mail address.

SIM Filter 
Subscribers have the capability to filter junk messages without having to receive them all in the inbox.

SMS Auto Reply 
SMS Auto-Reply service, the system automatically returns a preset message to the sender when the called terminal subscriber cannot reply the message, such as on a business trip, at a meeting, or on vacation.

Personal Signature 
When the calling party sends a short message, the system sends the message to the called party after appending a personalized signature to the end of the short message automatically.

SMS Storage 
Short message warehouse backs up short messages of a user to the system database synchronously. The user can query and manage the messages via web.

User can create his / her preferred group and send SMS 

Web SMS : 
Subscriber can log on to the Website that the system provides and send short messages to other users.

SMS receipt
After a user sends a short message, the system sends a receipt to the user indicating the status of the short message, and includes related information in the receipt in addition to the basic content.

Now, you don't need computer & internet to send and receive e-mails. You can do it from your mobile with Etisalat.
